Pokemon Missing from party
It's been a few days since I last checked my party and now I'm seeing that I have only 5 pokemon instead of 6. I don't remember which one's missing, but it is!

I've placed a random Pokémon of yours in your party to make up 6 but unfortunately I can't investigate any further if you can't remember how they went missing.

I think I may know one way people could accidentally move a Pokemon from their party.
When you use the Mass Migrate Pokemon option in the Boxes and select the first box your Party Pokemon appear mixed in with the Pokemon in the first box. I also tried it using different boxes and changing the default box, it doesn't seem to matter, only the first box does this.
