Auction Money???

Kay I think I saw this reported before maybe but I can't seem to find it...
Well I recently had an auction finish with an end amount of 500 000 and I am not sure I got the money??? I'm really bad at remembering numbers so I could be wrong but I think I got any???

I can confirm you didn't get anything, if the number on the hall of fame is your money, it was 2000002 last night as well (might be too many zeros there, but I just remember it was a palindrome)

You're going to have to be concrete with this because I know I have been paid from my auctions before. Nobody else has reported such a bug so far with over 100 auctions having been held so please be sure if you're going to report a bug.

Rokuta may have seen the cash increase the auction had closed and Clarissa had been paid. Times of when the auction closed and when rokuta saw the cash as being 2000002 would be helpful in this part

I saw the money being 2000002 at around 7:00 EST last night, and before that she had 19XXXXX for a while, as I was intrested to see a new face on the "richest" board. she only just cleared the 2 million mark last night.

I remember seeing Clarissa having 199XXXX yesterday? (meaning she had only had an extra 1,000 today)

None of this is proof regarding the auction house not paying out money, money is easily gained and lost around the site. Don't speculate.

Are you absolutely sure it didn't pay you? 500,000 is a lot to lose so I'm willing to reimburse you and look into a possible bug if you are absolutely sure it didn't pay you, but I can't replicate it.

I am really pretty sure. I haven't really spent any money since the auction ended except for on like...5 expensive gachapons which I think was all money I got from that day's lucky spin anyway.

Looking through my chatlogs from the night the auction ended at a bit before 6 AM server time on the 10th. Unfortunately I slept through the end time, and my area was having power issues so I didn't have any old tabs up to compare.

I know I wasn't quite at 2 mill before the auction ended, but I certainly wasn't 500k away.

I've reimbursed you the 500,000. I'll keep this topic open in case this bug happens again but since I can't replicate it I have no leads to work with at the moment.
