Unfortunately without something which is replicable there is very little I can do to track down what's causing the problem and fix it. I would like to ask anyone who encounters this bug to please take a full screenshot of when this happens, making sure the screenshot includes both current SERVER time and the time you put it in.

from the time i placed in to the server time if i counted right is about 30 hours and 31 minutes which meets the 36 hour rule

no, that's over the 36 hour window.

placing it at 12.37am on the 2nd march means it would not be ready until 12.37am on the 3rd march. then you have 12 hours to pick it up which makes it 12.37pm on the 3rd of march

you tried to pick it up T 7am on the 4th march... so outside the 36hour window i'm afraid
