Just took out my Riolu from the ranch, who should have about 200 happiness points total for how long she's been in there. First time I took her out she got I believe around 140 happiness points...second time 90. Saw the happiness lady was here and decided to check her progress. She tells me she isn't happy at all...I don't know why, but it seems she has not recieved ANY happiness points. I put in the Riolu AFTER the problem was supposedly fixed because I refused to put them in there without a garrenty that the time spent in there would help. Riolu should be ready to evolve, if I'm remembering correcty, or at least getting somewhere besides NO happiness. I'm a little disappointed and confused as to why exactly this has happened. Any help would be nice...thank you. I've also put 'Mama the Eevee' in there agian, but want her to be an Espeon so I can't check her happiness. She's been in there since11:41pm of 21/12/11. She SHOULD get about 200 happiness points when I take her out, but I doubt she will if she follows suit with Riolu. Riolu's number is 36394, she's currently in my party. Thanks for any explinations to why this has happened.
(Guess there will be no Lucario and Espeon for my Birthday...dang)

I assume you're talking about the Riolu in your party? If so, I've just checked the database and it has exactly 200 points. Happiness is being added, but it won't evolve yet as on TPC happiness evolutions require more than 200 happiness, so you need at least 201 happiness points.
The reason the train station lady was saying your Riolu was not happy was due to an oversight on my part. To put simply, one of the two upper boundaries checks for happiness greater than or equal to 150 and less than 200 and the other checks for happiness over 200. As such, I had completely missed out what happens if your happiness is exactly 200, which your Riolu's is, so it defaulted to saying it had no happiness. This is a minor problem so I've applied the fix to the new update rather than fix it right now.
