Just because I like breaking things, I tried to break the Pokedolls (beta testing another game, it's kind of habit to do stuff like that, and I wasn't thinking at the time...)
So, I'm not sure if these are bugs but...
Currently (the 3 AM hour, 10 PM for me...), there is a charmander doll for sale at the Pokedoll shop. The regional marketplace is also asking for Charmander. I could basically get infinite moneys by buying a charmander, selling it for $80 profit, and doing it all over again.
Also for sale are two different Staryus at two different prices, $180 and $277. Yes, I checked for purple and extra arms Not sure if that's a bug or how people get stuck with counterfeit Staryus, but just in case, I figured I'll report.
The last one is the big "whoops," as in "I wonder if it will work if I...crap, it DOES work," moment. I wanted to see if it were possible for a user to snatch up multiple freebies. It is possible. I had a Venonat, I got a free Venonat, then I tried again and got *another* Venonat. The third Venonat is sitting in my inventory for an admin/dev to remove. Again, not sure if this is a bug or a way to get bad karma, but in case it's a bug, I wanted to report it so it doesn't get taken advantage of.
So...sorry about the overzealous clicking of buttons...

Re: Pokedolls
Not a bug, happens all the time. It's how a lot of people get good money when they need to. That's what it means usually to 'get lucky with pokedolls' around here. I got around 1.5 to 2 million in one day! If I had really tried, I probably could have gotten more, but I had more then enough as I still have over 580,000 poke still.AstaTheBroken wrote:Currently (the 3 AM hour, 10 PM for me...), there is a charmander doll for sale at the Pokedoll shop. This, agian, happens often. I've noticed it before myself. I suppose it's the weird part of whatever being in the shop being random as well as the prices. It's different everyday, it's always changing, so it's random pretty much what's there. Also you can get counterfeit any pokedoll from buying them, getting freebees or even from the gachapons. It's completely possible and not a bug.AstaTheBroken wrote:Also for sale are two different Staryus at two different prices, $180 and $277. This, agian, is normal. You can take as many as you want. It's all about how much you want, how greed you are and how many are there. It's a free-for-all. No limits so that's why you have to get it fast before their gone. And if someone snatches all 3, 8, or even 14 or more up before anyone else can, well it was fair game technically.AstaTheBroken wrote:The last one is the big "whoops," as in "I wonder if it will work if I...crap, it DOES work," moment. I hope I'm not stepping out of the box by replying to this before any of the actual staff ^^' I just felt that, since I could answer, I'd go ahead and do it. Save the trouble of someone else doing it. ^_^ So sorry Overlord and WK_WC if I'm out of line! Just trying to help!

Re: Pokedolls
no its fine.
As far as i know, the shop doesnt sell counterfits at all - but beyond that, none of these are bugs - they are all intentional ways the doll system works
therefore, locked
