Can't collect bills egg?

I collected it once, and I still have more time passes but I can't collect it again, he acknowledges my pass and says to choose an egg but no egg appears, what gives?

simple - you dont have any pokemon eggs that can be time traveled into Generation 1 pokemon. Only pokemon 001-151 can be turned into generation 1 pokemon, not all eggs will be able to be time traveled.
