Snobby Buneary?

Snobby Buneary?
There's something weird about the Buneary in RiverFlow's party (ID: 54299); it doesn't seem to want to interact at all. Somehow, it has a total of 75 interactions, but it is still level 1, and its experience bar isn't even half-full. Not only that, but every time I've gone to click on it, I get a message that it is maxed out on interactions for the day. Are Buneary just ornery, or is this a bug?

Not a bug, it has a 'Kelpsy Berry' attached which makes it have happiness instead of EXP (when clicked) and at level 1 you are only allowed 6 interactions per day.
