No Combee?

So I was looking through the Hall Of Fame...I was trying to find Combee but it wasn't there. Did Combee ever get released or is it just not there? (In the Ranch it says if you let any Combee graze you can get honey or something)

the ranch was built with combee in mind, but combee was never released at that time - not a bug, locked
