Fastest pokemon?

What do you guys think are the fastest pokemon? The fastest I know of are Ninjask, Rapidash, Persian, and Dragonite. Any other really fast pokemon? (I am not familiar with 4th gen pokemon(

Deoxys' speed form is the fastest Pokemon, followed by I believe Ninjask.

the top ten pokemon based on Base Speed are (listed with their base speeds):

Deoxys Speed Form [180]
Ninjask [160]
Deoxys Normal Form [150]
Deoxys Attack Form [150]
Electrode [140]
Jolteon [130]
Areodactyl [130]
Mewtwo [130]
Crobat [130]
Shaymin Sky Forme [127]

Persian has a base speed of 115, making it 18th fastest
Rapidash has a base speed of 105, making it 36th fastest

Dragonite has a base speed of 80, putting it just outside of the top 100 fastest pokemon.

Scizor has a base speed of 65, putting it WAY outside of the top 100, however its pre-evolution Scyther has a base speed of 105, making it 37th fastest

I don't know if it counts for anything but I know Pikachu is some where up there.

Pikachu is not the fastest electric Pokemon. It's speed is quite mediocre compared to other electric Pokemon.

I thought Dragonite was faster... Oh well, Alakasm and Dugtrio would both be way up there and I THINK Staraptor is up there as well.

Woah really? I always thought Pikachu was fast. Speed has been my favorite stat though.

ok fact fans - here's your latest batch of stat information.

Pikachu has a base speed stat of 90. Makes the little rat 95th fastest on the top 100

Dugtrio and Alakazam both have a base speed stat of 120, putting them 14th and 15th respectivally (in the cases where pokemon have the same base speed stat, the national dex number is used to order them accordingly)

Staraptor has a base speed of 100. It's at 61 on the top 100

any more your trying to guess at?

Raichu, Manectrike, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Arceus, Mew, Latias, and Latios.

I think all of those are over 100 except Raichu...

Isn't it funny how it actually states which is the fastest Pokémon in the anime and that particular Pokémons description but according to the stats they aren't?

Stats don't really come into the anime; they just seem to make it up as they go along. Pikachu beat Brock's Pokémon, for goodness sakes.
