What changes do do expect from 4th gen. to be in the fifth gen.? What I expect is:
Pokemon can learn more than 4 moves (as planed in the 3rd gen)
Carry more than 6 Pokemon in your party. (again, as planed in 3rd gen)
Trainer Outfit Customization like in Pokemon Battle Revolution
Ability to transfer from your old R/B/Y versions.
More realistic Pokemon cries so they don't sound like they're puking (Like in Pokemon Yellow)
A less suckish Console game, at least make them have a RPG or a minigame mode like in Pokemon Stadium (N64) and Pokemon Colosseum (NGC)
Please post the changes that you think are going to happen in this new gen of Pokemon!!!

Re: What changes do you expect?
I'm not expecting many of the changes you've listed to make it into the next gen, personally.
- Pokemon can learn more than 4 moves (as planed in the 3rd gen) - It's part of the strategy of the game that you're limited to four moves rather than over any technical boundaries.
- Carry more than 6 Pokemon in your party. (again, as planed in 3rd gen) - See above
- Trainer Outfit Customization like in Pokemon Battle Revolution - This one is possible.
- Ability to transfer from your old R/B/Y versions. - Not even Ruby/Sapphire were backwards compatible with R/B/Y/G/S/C because they used completely different systems. The Gameboy is dead hardware now and R/B/Y are over ten years old. Fire Red/Leaf Green have since replaced them.
- More realistic Pokemon cries so they don't sound like they're puking (Like in Pokemon Yellow) - Another possibility.
- A less suckish Console game, at least make them have a RPG or a minigame mode like in Pokemon Stadium (N64) and Pokemon Colosseum (NGC) - Can't really comment on this one as nothing official has been said either way.

Re: What changes do you expect?
Some other Features that I'm thinking are:
Keeping the "Pokemon in first slot follows you" Feature brought back to life by HG/SS (The Coro-Coro scans show no sign of that)
Newer transportation methods besides the Bicycle (I'm thinking a Scooter, Skateboard etc.)
Being able to go to another region, maybe Shino region?
Battle Frontier?
More stuff that involves Wi-fi

Re: What changes do you expect?
- Keeping the "Pokemon in first slot follows you" Feature brought back to life by HG/SS (The Coro-Coro scans show no sign of that) - I'd like to say I doubt Game Freak would take out a new feature introduced in past games but they have done that before, such as with day/night in Ruby/Sapphire and competitions.
- Newer transportation methods besides the Bicycle (I'm thinking a Scooter, Skateboard etc.) - It has been stated there will be a new mode of transport never before used. Whether it replaces the bicycle or is more akin to the train in G/S connecting Kanto/Johto is unknown.
- Being able to go to another region, maybe Shino region? - Every new generation so far has featured a new region.
- Battle Frontier? - Can't comment as it's too early to know anything like that but it has been a staple in Pokémon games for a while now.
- More stuff that involves Wi-fi - It's entirely possible.

Re: What changes do you expect?
Another changes I'm thinking of:
That they stop capitalizing Pokemon names wrong (ex. "Wild PIKACHU appeared!" or What? PIKACHU is evolving!")
That they stop the little annoying thing that does not let you access the title screen before the "Game Freak" logo, it's kinda annoying because if you have low battery and want to amke something quick, that stops you.
