You don't get a headache from eating a Psyduck. Do you get to fly if you eat a bird? I doubt it.

Well pokemon are used for PETS, WORKERS, and PARTNERS, so I'd say of course they eat them. They have to have some way of getting meat, and if you've noticed onlu pokemon are the closest thing to animals, or so it seriously seems, on the show and it thsat little world. Remember when a bug pokemon on the TV show was threatened by bug spray? Surely they are like animals, probably to teach that animals are wonderful creatures that shouldn't be killed without a reasonable reason. (like for food.) You have your pokemon that are like wild animals, then your 'farm' pokemon, then your pokemon that rersembles pets. They just seem to take the animals in our world to create a powerful force for them, called pokemon. Ponyta are ridden on poke-farms, people on the show that hate bugs spray bug pokemon to kill them. Surely they were just implicating this world with the animals having powers and us using them in battle and all. Showing they people ion there having so much loving care and devotion maybe they were making to teach morals and lessons to help with the fact that soo many poachers are killing for fur and so, thus, just trying to teach that animals have a more important meaning in the world. You got your horse, cow, chicken, and pig pokemon...all resemblance of farm animals. minus the horse ones, also a source of food for a lot of people. I'd certainly eat them. And it'd be with no evilness that'd I'd eat them, and why not? They eat each other. Surely they were meant like animals here are, adding the fact that you can battle with them. Because people used to take mules to work the ground, and you've got pokemon in the poke-world that carry heavy stuff. People kill farm animals for food, and we happen to have farm pokemon, and loads of people go out of the way to get rid of bugs, which even Misty's done that. In a show shouting "kill it!" And all. So, I ask you, what would be wrong with eating a pokemon or two? Only thing wrong is hunting them for no reason at all.

No it wouldn't. It's like eating an animal. If you don't like eating animals be a vegitarian. There are lots of aboriginal groups that drink blood from animals.

Tasting Pokemon would sort of be the same as any other animal. Because in our world our animals are like Cows and Chickens and stuff, but in the "Pokemon World", then they're Pokemon are like our animals.

Well eating pokemon would be similar to eating animals. Though this eating pokemon idea never struck me until I read this.

Say, have you noticed? Pokemon don't die! Immortal little buggers... Anyways, would dissecting them and checking out how they get their "powers" count as a meaningless death? I'm not trying to be gross, just wondering. And, as a side note, who remembers what the PokeDex said about Farfetch'd? Methinks it was about it being a delicacy, which is why it's so rare.
