A New NEW pokemon

On serebii I heard that in the new movie, Pokemon Ranger & The prince of the sea is gonna have a new pokemon. It seem it is unknown what it looks like or its type, I don't think they said anything about it's name eather. here's a link to serebii's news arcive for january 2006, where I saw it:

By the time it comes out here, I'll be in high school, Hillary Clinton will be the US's next president, the Liberals win a minority goverment, Cassini probe would be dead, 3 more hurricanes like Katrina and Intenet Explorer would have only about 60% of the browser share.

I use SPP and Bulbanews as my news source. I don't think SPP has a Pokedex entry on PD PKMN.
