Well Mewtwo has more raw power but Mew is more unpredictable
And there aculy even because the last guy in Prime Cup
In pokemon stadium has a Level 100 Mew and it and It and my level 100 Mewtwo have Very Close battles... Normaly ending with me losing

Technichally Mewtwo can pwn Mew with the introduction of EV's, full EV's meaning HP dark, and calm mind. Mew can do the same, but it can't match it. Mew's stats are all base 100 which is a disadvantage if you wanted it to be a sweeper.

I think it depends on meny things like; move set, stats, level, ect.
Mew can learn any tm, and with XD, any move, so if Mew is trained for the sole propose of beating Mewtwo, Mew might have an advage, but even a good move set can't always beat raw power, and Mewtwo definetly has that for it, but nomatter what level Mewtwo can easly beat my Mew, even a level 2 caterpie whith time, cause my Mew won't lisen to me! evil cheated Mew!
