Where's Sinnoh? I prefer Sinnoh to any of them, as it's easily the biggest, and it's the only place with the GTS.

As this topic was created in 2006, P/D wasn't out yet and that explains the lack of Sinnoh.

Excatly! Jhoto was the best region by far. Everything seemed to connect... you'd have to travel over the same pleaces frequently... And then there was the train in Goldenrod city, and the ruins... and Mt Silver was awesome too!

A G/S/C remake would be awesome... but I don't think it'll happen, unless they plan on having a 5th gen. (And I don't see why they wouldn't) Because in the 3rd gen, the R/B remakes were only really there so it was possible to capture all the pokemon so far at that point. But in the 4th generation, D/P alone are enough to capture all the pokemon so far.

What would be cool is to have a game where you could travel to all four regions, like in G/S/C when you could travel to Kanto after a certain point.

Tehnically, my favorite region
would be the Orange Islands.
But, if you're talking about
regions in the game,
then Johto would be the winner,
by far. ^__^
