yup that is what i meant here is an item i made up it is called rotten candy, it is the opposite of rare candy, when you use it the pokemon goes down one level

what about an item called a trades link, its for people who can not trade the 4 or so pokemon to evolve them

On topic, what about something like "Sacred Orb" that attracts wild legendary PokÃƒÂ©mon that flee to the area like Entei, Raikou, Suicine, Latios and Latias? It sure would come in handy

a useful item would be a "element orb" it would attract pokemon of the same type

I have a couple

Blade Sharpener = Makes Scyther do double damage on successful hit with Slash or False Swipe

Nail File = Raises damage and critical hit ratio for Meowth and Persian

Assimilation-A item that turns your Pokemon into a cyborg. May be very powerful, but will not take your orders now.
Nuclear Bomb- Kills the person you are battling and and his/her Pokemon. You may goto jail.

why would you make an item that kills a character or yourself that is stupid
knock-out glove- only fighting pokemon can use, if uses a punch attack there is a 50/50 chance of auto K.O
