I would rather use it as a support pokemon than a starter. Pikachu's stats aren't that good.

I'd rather use a better Pokemon that Pikachu. I don't like Pikachu anyways. I only use it for breeding and contests.

But with Light Ball attatched Pikachu's special attack can nearly rival Mewtwo's. Not that that makes it that much of a greater PokÃƒÂ©mon but it can be pretty deadly with Light Ball.

I like to use the tm thunder,thundershock,mega punch or kick,and thunderbolt on pikachu and I don't evolve it to riachu.

Pikachu as a Starter pokemon yeah that sound pretty cool. I mean When I'm cosplaying Ashlee Ketchum (everybody knowns who are parents are Ash (Satoshi) and Misty (Kasumi) but silce I'm a cosplay I do cosplay with PikaBelleChu and in her world she married to Ash-boi so I something play her daughter even though we don't look a like.) But when I'm cosplay as Ashlee, you see me holding a phuise Pikachu nickname Pika. It was Ashlee starter pokemon.
