This is a funny movie I saw. One thing, this movie makes fun of Pokemon so, if you get offended, it's not my fault.

im cofused why did it evolve half way thruogh that never happens and if he had the stone why didnt he use it at the start ? and why is the most powerful thing is a duck thing ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

To answer your questions, the creator had to build suspsence and i guess he like Hock the duck.
