What Pokemon battling communities do you know of?

Considering that the AXA forums are down and that nobody here seems to like battling (or at least ubers), I would like to know of any other competitive Pokemon battling communities there are. PLEASE only E-rated communities!

yeah, but this one was made about a week before the other one

Still the other one has just been locked for a violation of the rules, i'm going to lock this one to just so it doesnt end up the same way.
