Team and Tm help

Post by kirbypika »

Okay. This does go with movesets cuz Tms are moves. I have a bunch of Tms on Sapphire and Colosseum. But lets start with sapphire first...

TM48 Skill Swap
TM50 Overheat
HM01 Cut
HM02 Fly
HM03 Surf
HM04 Strength
HM05 Flash
HM06 Rock Smash
HM07 Waterfall
HM08 Dive

As you can see, i'm not much of a Tm user... I have some uber moves waiting to be teached. (EQ anyone?) And if it helps, here is my home team:

It goes like this btw:

I am not so good with movesets either but here is a jirachi moveset I thought of that might be good.

Jirachi lvl (any lvl above 55) @ Lefties or Shell Bell
Any Nature will probably do fine
Moves:
Rest/Wish
Psychic
Future Sight/Toxic(if toxic is learnable with jirachi)
Doom Desire

hope that helps if you wanted to try out a jirachi. luckily I got mine from the colosseum bonus disk so it gets boosted exp.

Get rid of Sky Uppercut. Replace it with Quick Attack or Rock Slide(if you're willing to breed). Other than that, pretty good.

Runpapa/Ludicolo @Sea Incense Lv. 45
Swift Swim
Bashful (nothing)
Surf
Ice Beam
Giga Drain
???

Since Ludicolo isn't the fastest Pokemon, for that filler spot put in Rain Dance. This will also increase the power of Surf.

Saanaito/Gardevoir @Quick Claw Lv. 43
Synchronize
Relaxed (+defense -speed)
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball

Gardevoir, like I've said many times, has a horrible attack. Get rid of Shadow Ball and replace it with Double Team or Reflect.

Bosugodora/Aggron @King's Rock Lv. 43
Rock Head
Careful (+sp. defense -sp.attack)
Iron Tail
Take Down
Strength
Dig

Well, once Aggron gets to a higher level, replace Take Down with Double Edge. Replace Dig with Earthquake and give it Rock Tomb. I was never sure what a good fourth move for Aggron is... hehe.

Kaiorga/Kyogre @Magnet/Mystic Water Lv. 72
Drizzle
Naughty (+attack -defense)
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunder
Rest

Perfect. Maybe replace Rest with Body Slam to take Advantage of that highered attack.

Ratiasu/Latias @Lax Incense Lv. 43
Levitate
Modest (+attack -sp. attack)
Psychic
Refresh
Mist Ball
Fly

Replace Fly with Dragon Claw.

As you can see, my natures arent the best, same goes with movesets. And almost all attacks can go without harm, i'll be posting my Colosseum team later as i am planning to buy a link cable from GCN to GBA and vice versa. Help is appreciated.

Blaziken:
yes, i hate sky upper. And quick attack? Ok. Here i come move re-learner.

Ludicolo:
Rain dance... Unless Kyogre hasnt been out, nice.

Gardevoir:
Shadow Ball is a special move. But, i wanna breed him cuz its the only shadow ball i have. XD I dont know if i even want Gardevoir anymore... Maybe Metagross should take over.

Aggron:
Yes i know, double edge... But i dont know if i should keep him or not either. Hencing a wasted eq. I dunno.

Kyogre:
Well i dunno, rest + chesto/lum berry is good... but alright.

Latias:
I dunno who to teach dragon claw... Flygon or Latias. But Latias would benifit more i guess.

Well, if it's Metagross you want... Shadow Ball would be good.

Metagross@Shell Bell
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Meteor Mash
Earthquake

And if you use Earthquake, I then don't know what to do with Aggron. I went with Dragon Claw on mine only because I needed a Dragon move.

I wasn't saying for you to give Aggron Dragon Claw. I just needed it for Drake because I didn't have an Ice Beam on that team.

Hmmm... since you can't get Metagross to know Shadow Ball, I don't know what to suggest for a fourth move. Sorry.
