New forum theme

I was browsing through some old Pika Club files today and came across an old forum layout that was implemented not long before our switchover to phpBB 3. It's been a long time since I've made a new forum theme and so seeing that inspired me to create another one.

What you see before you is the result of a lot of hard work but it's not entirely done yet. There are still some changes I want to make, namely making the numerous buttons and icons more Pokémon-ified. I will be gone for two weeks in a few days so I wanted to get any major issues out of the way now rather than leave them hanging for so long. Even so on the off chance a huge problem is found that can't be fixed before I go away, you do have the option of changing back to the old forum theme. Just go to User Control Panel -> Board Preferences and change the style to "prosilver".
