Smiley and avatar updates

There has been some big changes made to the smilies (or emoticons) on this forum. First off, I've now ordered the smilies into categories and the link to open the categories is under the BBCode now, with a little explanation about what is in each category underneath on rollover.

I've also added all 386 animated Pokémon icons to the list, so you may now use them as smilies also! To use them you can simply click on the Pokemon icons button and click on the one you want as normal (they're listed in alphabetical order) or if you do not wish to open the list you can simply type out their smiley code to have it appear. The syntax is as follows:
:POKEMON_NAME:
This works for every Pokémon with the exception of Farfetch'd, which must be written as Farfetchd. Nidorans are written as Nidoran(F) and Nidoran(M)

I've added all 386 large Ruby/Sapphire Pokémon sprites to the avatar gallery also, which are listed in alphabetical order. However they may take a while to load as there is a lot of them all on one page, so please be patient.
