I have just added a new feature to these forums that has been requested for a while.
You will see a new button next to quote/edit besides each post that looks like this:
If you see an inappropriate post, from now on please click on this button rather than PMing a moderator for the following reasons:
- Posting a report will send an email to me and all other moderators so the post has a chance of being looked at quicker.
- It helps us keep track of trouble users.
- It allows us to keep track of which posts have been taken care of and which remain
Once you've clicked the report button you must enter a reason for reporting the post. This will be included in the email the moderators and I receive so we will already have an idea of the problem before we even get to the forums. Only one person may report a post until it has been cleared by a moderator; if you get a message saying "This post has already been reported!" then someone else has already reported it and we are aware of the problem. We appreciate your help and diligence but if it were not for this we'd get masses of reports for only one post!
