Rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated

This is just a quick announcement to dissuade any potential fears that TPC is dead. While it has certainly seen better days, we cannot deny, TPC is far from dead. The forums still get under 20 users logging in each day and our staff members (Myself, WhoKnows_WhoCares, AnnekaLily, pikapower06, Raikou Trainer, Berserk Murkrow) are still alive. In fact, the forums broke its own record for having the most users logged in at once very recently, with 69 on 1st March 2008.

I acknowledge and apologise for the neglect TPC has received lately and wish to assure you this will be changing. Today I have gone round the forums and cleaned up some spam I found. While the relatively little amount of spam there was is a good indicator as to the quality of TPC's user base, some of the spam had been up for far too long unnoticed and I apologise for that. Remember, if you see a post you feel is against TPC's rules, click the ! button by the post to report it. It brings the post to the attention of staff and allows us to deal with the problem much quicklier. The staff and I are in talks about where The Pika Club is heading, specifically the main site, but it is only with your help and support that the forums can prosper once more and reclaim the level of activity they once enjoyed.

You can help by simply logging in each day, replying to any topics that interest you, creating new topics about issues you feel worth discussing and encouraging others to do likewise.
