Nintendo ruined the TCG
Does anyone else think that Nintendo haveing control of the TCG ruined it. I certainly do.

Personally, I think they actually improved the TCG. Wizards never gave us large scale tournaments (i.e. City Championships, State Championships, National Championships) or Prereleases after the Gym Heroes set. Heck, Nintendo even has a Player Rewards program that Wizards probably never even thought of!

I don't think it matters who makes the cards so long as one has fun collecting, playing with, and generally using them. Blaming Nintendo for all that's seen as "bad" in ones opinion won't solve any problem one has with things. This would have been a much smarter argument if you'd given some evidence to support your claim.
Personally, I prefer it that Nintendo took over because they and GameFreaks started Pokémon and I think they'd do a much better job at makeing the TCG funner to play.
