HELP! I have a problem in Crystel

Kay, the problem is, there is this cheat out there to get all the pokemon existing, but sadly, I don't know whattodo! It might be fake, I'm totally not sure, so, what ur supposed to do, is type in a certain code to get a certain pokemon, thecode includes numbers and letters, but where do you type them in? :-?
