Just seeing Missingno would times your item in the 6th slot by 128...
Glitches aren't Pokemon, they are glitches that act like Pokemon. Glitches are the only thing that is good in RBY. Everything else sucked.

They put Missingno there so you could duplicate items. (Just my guess)

it was prubly a pokemon that they ment to put in, but took it out. Then
they faild to take it out compleatly.

Just so you guys know, just like on a computer, you can never fully remove data on a game.
You could try 1000 times to fully remove something, but it will still be accessable in some way or tiny form
