I've fond a lot of crazy cheats, like talk to some person # and some thing will happen. Those never work. Also I heard this cheat, where you catch a Lv. 6 Caterpie, or was it Weedle, any ways your suppose to talk to some guy and he'll trade you it for Celebi. Jest to warn you, if there's a cheat were it says something that doesn’t usably existed in the game, like Yoshi, or a R/S Pokémon, most likely it's fake, for one thing it doesn’t have enough memory.

Um... that would be impossible unless you renamed your a Glitch PKMN to TORCHIC. There are only 255 slots in GBC games so yeah...

k, I herd of Pokegods, torchic is one of them, but it wouldn't be called "Torchic" or look like it at all, just glitchy box thing.
