REGIFLAME:how to catch

REGIFLAME is the fourth regi in the pokemon R/S version. You can obtain it by these instructions.

1. give REGISTEEL firestone and REGIROCK waterstone.
2 breed them in the day care center.
3 beat the elite 4 77 times (exactly)
4. go to the sootoopolis pokemon center and get the Flame Crystal.(Wave crystal in Sapphire
5. have 3 feebas and 2 milotic in your party
6. go to the secret cave(the one in the ocean currents)
7. in the end of the cave.there will be a bowl.insert the Flame Crystal in the bowl. then, the crystal will disappear and a pokemon will appear. it is frozen so use rayquaza's recover to revive it.
8 try to catch it but BEWARE! it is level 100, The most powerful pokemon in the game.

i have 2 jirachis one from the action replay, and the other was uploaded into ma game

I've heard lots of ways of how to catch Jirachi, but not one way of how to catch Deoxys. I'll end up using my Action Replay to get it anyway, but it seems no-one is intrested in it
