I need Pokemon Emerald Help!

I'm in the part where I have got The Magma Emblem. Team Aqua is in the way to Mossdeep City and I need to get to Mossdeep City for the badge. Please if anyone knows how to defeat Team Aqua, please post here. (Team Aqua is blocking the way to Mossdeep with Wailimer. Inside their base people are standing in my way.)

ok, go to mt. chimney, and go down til you go to a place were you go down ledges, go down til you see a team magma member, you battle him, if you beat him, he leaves. then the ground rumbles. if you already beat him, the ground shakes, opening a door, go inside and go through it.

if you do the thing at mt chimney then go to aqua base and if you want a master ball look for a group of balls and get the left ones the back left one is the master ball
