Firstly you need to have an aurora ticket, then if you go to vermillion harbour there will be an island called Birch Island.
Complete the puzzle and you will recieve Deoxys.

My school said to get deoxy's is to get the aurora ticket in a live world so you get it in calafornia then get a live game thingy then slip it in but there other freinds said something about trading wich one?
