Where are Jirachi & deoxys?

you can't use it if you use game shark only AR codes also they only gave it out one time in a life time to get deoxys. Or just put a code in that you just press select and deoxys appears

You can get jirachi from pokemon channel.
That's how I got mine 8)

You can get jirachi by going to mossdeep city(ruby and sapphire)and talk to this guy who tells you how many launches has happen. It takes 1 real week to make 1 launch happen.Wait till he says it reached the 100th launch.
(The guy is in the space center)

Lies, that's all lies. You can't get Jirachi in RSE without a event, Channel, Colosseum, or an AR.
