How do you get tere island's passes.

Nintendo events are the official way but I just used a cheating device to get the tickets and activate the islands.

How do you get a Nintendo Event? Arnob tried Action Replay for his LG. He didn't get the tickets and he lost his Pokemon selection in start.

Meh. I have a friend in CT who says she goes to the Pokémon Center once each year, but from where I live, NY is a little... far off.
