I thought this topic would be handy for people to document and share with each other where they are and what they are currently doing in their game. As for me, I currently stand as such:

I'm currently on a sub-quest to complete my Kanto Pokédex, hence the Grimer, but thanks to the Lucky Egg I'm also training my Pokémon (currently on Five Island Gorgeous resort - good exp and money) Mimien (Mr. Mime) is growing especially fast as he is also traded (hence why he is the highest levelled Pokémon there) I'm aiming to take on the Elite Four as I haven't yet since they switched over their teams
