I'm trying to complete my Pokédex and so I've got the Metal Coat by the Onix shrine, but is there another one? I need two to evolve Pokémon and complete my Pokédex

You can sometimes find it in the trainer tower on 7 island but I dont know where else

Do you mean as a prize or a held item I have to snatch from a trainer's Pokémon?
