I have almost 200 in Sapphire!

In My pokedex, I have and unbelievable count of 173 pokemon WITHOUT TRADING A SINGLE RUBY VERSION! But I can't find certain pokemon to finish it to 175. Do any of you know where I can find chimechio?(or how ever the way you spell it?) I also haven't made certain pokemon evolve with trading either. Anyone have any clue to where I can find chimechio?

Got to admit, i'm impressed at your pokedex number without trading (at least with ruby, you neglected to mention if you didnt trade with any other)

Anyway - Chimecho. Head up to the top of Mt. Pyre and start searching in the grass near where you got the red orb... Chimecho's rare so just keep searching.

When I mean "without trading a single ruby verison" I meant without trading with anyone with ruby version. Sorry if I confused you. I own a sapphire verison. But is it still possible to find chimechio if you have sapphire?

Yes... Chimecho's in both Ruby and Sapphire

And I knew what you meant, and while I was joking, what I said was that while you didnt trade with anybody with ruby, you could have traded with anyone using a sapphire version... or fire red/leafgreen or the colloseum games. But i think that you meant you didnt trade with any other game and that all 173 pokemon were caught in that one game. If that's true - then i really am impressed.

And thanks to that, I found chimecho(the way it's really spelled) minutes later. And thanks to Psypoke, I figured out how to make certain species evolve. But wait, THE only thing that happened with the trading part was that I had traded a Feebas for a Illumise.(Illumise, believe it or not, is in sapphire but, oh, sooooo rare to find. So that counts) But other than that, I haven't traded any of the trade evolving pokemon(Graveler, Kadabra and Clamperl). I am currently working on Golbat and that'll be the end of my "Hit list" on my pokedex.

Golbat would be easy to evolve if you caught it with a luxury ball.

i have a friend who only needs 13 more pokemon and I have them all ^_^ he needs my celebi badly as well as my milotic

Pikachu90000 said that Celebi is found in Ruby on route 121 and route 123. If he says he didn't say that, oh well...

Celebi can be caught there ^_^ that's were I got it....but the chances are 98880566.9/1 that you'll get it while runnning ^)^'' very slim chances
