The Battle Factory in the Battle Frount.
I've beaten both the Single and Double Battle areas, but it still hasn't given it to me... do you have to battle it multiple times?

yes, you have to beat single battle a certain number of times, or, double battle a certain number of times. i forget how much though.
i'm a funny guy, you just don't know it yet.

The third time in a row that you clear single battle, you face the brain. Unfortunately, you can't challenge the brain in double battle. (The challenges are easier in my opinion, in double battle.)
I drop by every now and then... I shall never be just a memory! *cackles*
