Any cheats, advice, or Rare pokemon found on pokemon ruby?

You can get bad eggs if you use action replay too mutch. Some are okay, and some start to morph ALL your pokemon into bad eggs. see trsrockin.com and be REALLY careful. Read the bad egg section in the site. There is some shocking stuff, even eggs that can battle and know thunderpunch, ones that hatch into the third gen MissingNo, (Looks like the empty dex space.) Ones that just don't hatch and ones that transform all of your pokemon into more bad eggs! What's worse is, restarting your game will not do anything. You can't get bad eggs if you use AR too much, my Emerald is perfectly fine and I got 100 pokemon from it.

No there isnt any known cheats for ruby(I mean without using gameshark and all.)
