1.0 Information
The three Regis are three one of a kind Pokémon that live in various places within the Hoenn region. The three Regis are - Registeel, Regirock, and Regice. They are very strong Pokémon and are good to have. When you catch them, they will be on level 40 and will have the same attacks except for one. These three same attacks are - Curse, Superpower, and Ancient Power. The fourth attack is different between the three Pokémon, the Special move for Registeel is Metal Claw, The special move for Regirock is Rock throw, and then Special move for Regice is Icy Wind.
2.0 Procedure to Locate
Before you even try to locate the Regis, you have to beat the Elite Four and Steven, just like with most other one of a kind Pokémon. After you beat the Elite Four, you have to capture two specific types of Pokémon. These two Pokémon are Wailord, which is the evolved form of Wailmer, and Relicanth, which is a super rare water Pokémon only found at the bottom of the sea. Wailmer evolves into Wailord on level 40 and Relicanth can be found on all of the Sea Routes underwater. The best place to look for Relicanth is on Route 124, Underwater. I caught mine there within 15 minutes. They are also found on the Seafloor in front of Sootopolis, but they are more likely to appear on Route 124. After you are finished with those two things and have those two Pokémon, a Pokémon who knows dive and a Pokémon who knows dig, go to Pacificlog Town and surf all the way down. Once you are all the way down, surf to the left and go through the currents, sure, you will run into some land, but just keep down and if you do, on Route 134, you will see a place where you can dive. This is the only accessible place between Pacificlog and Slateport where you can Dive. Dive into it and go down, exit through the little cave and go down to a elevated piece of underwater land with braille on the wall, the braille will say, "Go up here." ...Surface here by using dive again or pressing the B button. Go onto the land and go all the way up to the back wall. Click on the Braille and it will say "Dig here." ... Use dig, this will make a hole in the wall. Go through the hole. Before going up to the braille, put a Relicanth in the first slot of your party and a Wailord in the last. Now, go up to the braille and read it. This will trigger an Earthquake and will open the caves that the Regis are hiding deep within.
All of the Regis are located in different places.
Registeel is located on the South part of Route 120. The fastest way to get there is to fly to Lilycove and walk to the left, keep walking until you reach Route 120. You will see some stairs, go up the stairs and walk through the tall grass. There will be another set of stairs, go up them and you will see that the cave as opened. Enter it and read the braille. It will say "With new time, hope and love, aim to the sky in the middle." ... Make sure you are in the center of the cave and use Fly. This will open the door. Go through and Registeel will be waiting for you.
Regirock, the next Regi is located in the Desert on Route 111, north of Mauville. There's really nothing much to it to get there, you just have to enter the desert and go far down until you see the guy running by the rock. Keep going down and you'll see another cave that looks the same as Registeel's cave. Enter it. Go up to the Braille and it will say "Right, right, down, down, then use strength." ... So, do exactly what it says. Being in front of the braille when you start, take two steps to the right and then two steps down, then you can magically use Strength. This will open the door. Go through it and Regirock will be waiting for you.
Now, it's time for Regice. To get to Regice, Fly to Dewford. Go to the upper left part of the Island and surf. Be sure to stay to the left. Keep surfing until you see an island with a man on it. Cross over the Island and surf up until you see an Island with a small cave on it. Enter the cave and go up to the braille. It will say "Stop and wait, wait for time to pass twice." ... Now, DON'T TOUCH THE GAME BOY ADVANCE, go and get something to eat and let the GBA alone. Once you are done eating, or using the lavatory, or whatever, you'll notice that the door has been open, enter it, and Regice will be waiting for you.
3.0 Procedure to Capture
When you find Registeel, he will be the hardest to capture. No one knows why, but he just is the hardest. First, lower Registeel's HP to as far down as you can get it and Paralyze it or put it to sleep. On Registeel, keep using Ultra balls or great balls until the battle gets very long, then start using timer balls. Timer balls will work like Master balls if the battle is long enough. Make sure you have lots of Ultra balls and Timer balls, because I had to use 58 Ultra balls to finally catch him, and that whole time, he was 1 HP and was Paralyzed. DO NOT USE YOUR MASTER BALL, save it for Latias/Latios.
When you find Regirock, make sure you have Ulra balls and Timer balls. Paralyze it or put it to sleep and lower it to Red HP. After about 15-30 tries, if you haven't caught him yet, start using timer balls. Switching back and forth between Ultra balls and Timer balls is a good procedure. Regirock was the easiest to catch for me, but everyone's game is different!
When you find Regice, again, make sure you have Ultra balls and Timer balls. To catch Regice, lower it to 1 HP and Paralyze it. Keep using Ultra balls until you run out or until you catch it. If you don't catch it by then, use timer balls. Once you catch all of these Pokémon, it will help you soar to even greater heights. All of these Pokémon will be on Level 40 when you catch them, and their special attack, Superpower, makes an awesome appeal at the contests!
4.0 Pokédex Entries
I will only give the entries of these Pokémon on the Sapphire Pokédex, since I only have Sapphire Version... x.o; But they are very similar, so don't worry.

Again, I've already caught all the Regis. o_x; I hate them, they look like freaks, but I just caught them for my PokeDex's sake. Registeel was a pain to catch, and I just used Ultra Balls and depended on sheer luck. Regice was the easiest for me, since I didn't have to reset once to save my Ultra Balls (I was on a tight budget!).
