Well i've been playing pok'emon games for a long time and I discovered
that at diferent levels diferent pok'emon have certin top stats....which
means level limits stats.

Yeah, LV.0 ??? Attack 999 HP 999 Defence 999 SP.atk.999 SP.DEF999, but only if you don't use a cheating device
