I'm going to move this to games, though it could just as easily go in anime. Please correct me if you feel it should go someowhere else and you have a valid reason as to why.

Arcanine's pokÃƒÂ©dex entry classifies him as a 'Legendary PokÃƒÂ©mon' in R/B/Y/G/S/C too. Don't know about R/S
