Until now, how to capture Celebi in western versions of Pokémon has been a mystery, but now with Pokémon's 10 year anniversary coming up, they will be touring America again and will have 20 Pokémon available for download, including Celebi! Ah yes, I forgot to add that anyone outside America or Japan is pretty much screwed when it comes to getting Celebi as there's no sign of tours like that happening anywhere else.
