who is Jirachi and Deoxys?

iv seen alot on this site about them but what/who are they?

I hope its not just me that is completly in the dark about them

Jirachi and Deoxys are two legendary pokemon that you can get only through a couple of ways on Ruby/Sapphire, and Jirachi is a Steel/psychic type, Deoxys is a plain old psychic type. I Can't explain too much more about them.

That wasn't really a good description of them, but I tried. I'll do whatever I can if someone asks it, unless it's a couple of things I don't want to do that they ask me of.

I think there is a new movie with Jirachi and Kyogre in it...I think it's called Night of the Wishing Stars. If I'm wrong please don't kill me...I'm not sure if that's right or not.

No Kyogre and it's called The Wishing Star of 7 Nights
