How to catch Latios/Latias

Latios/Latias Are like The Three legendary dogs on G/S/C. How I caught one of them was I used a Level 29 wobbuffet, 5-10 hyper potions and 5-15 ultra balls. Also if you are in the same area as one of them and save, when you turn the game off, then back on it will be in a different place. Get in the same area as one of them battle them use mirror coat. It will bring them down to low health. Now keep Wobbuffet out and throw ultra balls and use hyper potions when nessesary and you have a good chance of catching it.
