yep, once the leauge gets beat, u are home, TV is on, dad is home, and if you watch TV, itll say (depends on game) a giant blue bird is flying over the Hoenn region (ruby only) or, if ya got sapphire, its says same, except red bird

Go to Verdanturf, then go right till you see a big lake with a patch of grass tucked away to the lakes left hand side. You can find Illumise, among other PokÃƒÂ©mon, there. It is quite rare though.

jou can find Latias and Latios everywere i the game BUT! jou have to have defeat te elite 4 and watch TV by jour home
