They are in Ruby and Sapphire.The 3 Regis are the legendary trio in the
new versions.Rayquaza is like the new mewtwo.

Mewtwo was cool, and today is still one of the most powerful Pokemon that the world has ever seen! And as for Mew, it can learn ANY Pokemon attack that there is. Talk about coolness.
