personally Misty and Brock, I just thought that it looked more like Misty was trying to keep him from cheating everytime she pulled him away from nurse Joys and Officer Jenny's.

I think Ash and Misty are the classic coupling and there has been some indications that they care for each other, like in the movies and in some songs, including Misty's own song
