I think NOA & HAL should void the contract, form an anime divison, and send copies of the shows as aired in Japan to the FCC to check and determine airability in the U.S.A.(I don't know Canada's equivelant, however.)Pikachu90000 wrote:Well I guess 2006 is the worst year of Pokemon... They could air it on CN or some other cable channel like Nick (highly unlikely) or the other new network MNTV. Dam, if 4KIds haven't given up their license, it could have aired on 4KidsTV as they lack good animes right now... (Seriously, Sonic X sucks...)

Time Warner still owns half of The CW so.. yeah. That works out.Bellsprout 2.0 wrote:They are still airing episodes on Cartoon Network(a part of Warner Bros.)!
Other thing:
I don't think it works like that... AFAIK, the FCC only regulates what TV stations can air and what they can't. Also they approve licenses for TV stations and radio staions.

I didn't know that the FCC didn't do that. By the way,I mentioned HAL because they have a Kirby show, NOT because they aid in the production of the Pokemon anime.Pikachu90000 wrote:Time Warner still owns half of The CW so.. yeah.
