They are still airing episodes on Cartoon Network(a part of Warner Bros.)! :-D

I think NOA & HAL should void the contract, form an anime divison, and send copies of the shows as aired in Japan to the FCC to check and determine airability in the U.S.A.(I don't know Canada's equivelant, however.)

Time Warner still owns half of The CW so.. yeah. That works out.

Other thing:
I don't think it works like that... AFAIK, the FCC only regulates what TV stations can air and what they can't. Also they approve licenses for TV stations and radio staions.

I didn't know that the FCC didn't do that. By the way,I mentioned HAL because they have a Kirby show, NOT because they aid in the production of the Pokemon anime.
