Well I think everyone has forgotten that Pokémon is aimed at children, and as we get older we might grow out of the childlike magic they once weaved over us. You'll love the season you watched as a child, but hate the new ones even if they aren't as bad as one might say. Its because, sadly, some of us are growing up and forgetting how to look at the world though those rose coloured glasses we all did when we were young. I'm lucky because I can still see the world that way, but many will lose that view of the world. There is one problem though, the Pokémon series treats children like they aren't very smart when in truth, children are genius' and if they stopped treating them like they're all ignoramuses they'd have a much larger and long lasting fan base.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Well I do know that someone creates a brilliant spoof of it, called Abridged and if you haven't seen it you should, its extremely funny. Also Dan Green was the voice of a character called Yami in Yu-Gi-Oh and was the voice of Mewtwo in Pokémon.
