Eggs hatch on their own given enough time. Most take 1 hour but the rarer the Pokémon inside the longer it takes to hatch. The most an egg will take to hatch is 2 weeks, but that is mostly for legendary Pokémon and you can make all eggs hatch faster by sharing your trainer card and getting people to click on your eggs.
