Renaming the Newbies and Forums and RPG forum

There are lots of newbies posting in the Newbies forum thinking that that is the place to ask questions. What about renaming that to Introduction or Hello. People also don't realize that Forums and RPG is the place for question so why not rename that to Questions and Feedback

...because the forum descriptions directly below the forum names (and on mouseover for subforums on the forum index) tell people exactly what the forum is for in more detail than a name ever could.

I agree that there is the issue that some people are posting questions in the first forum that looks mildly relevant, but frankly the forum descriptions are only about 2 lines long and if a person can not be bothered to even take a minute to look around and make an educated guess on where something should go then I am not bothered in having them on this forum, I am not going to cater to lazy people.
